Smooth mono filament, top and crown. Perimeter is a coated PU(polyurethane). It has a soft see-through skin front tab. This base is ordered standard 7*10 and can be cut down to 6*9 or 5*8. Makes a very good tape on base and can be attached by graft or bond.
