A: - Normally our prices are quoted EXW-Factory, not including any freight or insurance in it. But we can also do FOB:Shenzhen with customers after negotiation.
Q: - Where do you ship the goods usually?
A: - Shenzhen Seaport or Hongkong Airport.
Q: - What is your payment terms?
A: - You have plenty of choice: T/T in advance, L/C at sight, D/P at sight, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, etc. Usually 40% deposit as confirm the order, and 60% before delivery of goods.
Q: - Do you offer free samples?
A: - We only charge a cost price for most of our samples. Of course for small cost samples are free of charge.
Q: - How many days can i get my sample?
A: - It usually take us 5~7 days arrange the sample, and take around 3 days for Express.
Q: - How long is your lead time?
A: - It depends on what kinds of goods you ordered. Normally 15 -30 days upon receipt of your T/T or L/C at sight.

A: - We have 3 methods: by Express(door to door service); by Air(airport to airport); by Sea(Seaport to Seaport)

A: - Yes. We can supply OEM service.
Q: - How can I become a sole agent for your products in my region?
A: - We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners. If you have the ability to provide after-sale-service to end customers and have extensive sales channels, you may apply for a sole agentship.
Q: - How about your packaging?
A: - Strong standard export 7 layers carton boxes, at least 4 straps outside. Make the box to be very strong and difficult to be damaged.

A: - 6 months guarantee for all products.
